Vbulletin 4 - anyone using it yet?

Is anyone using Vbulletin 4 yet? seems there is currently mixed reviews on weather its good or bad, I guess any major version change always starts off mixed while people adopt the changes... anyone have any comments?

I'm not using it yet, but I've been watching developments, as I've got a vB based site that I maintain, which will be getting updated at some point.

Looking at all the posts on the vB site, 4 as it stands, still has some major bugs.
4.0.1 was due out yesterday, but it's been dealyed until later this week.

As part of our site update, we've decided to redesign the site, however I can't do much until they fix all the stylevar issues 4 currently has (I porbably won't use the stylevars, but I'd rather have a stable base to work from)
And there still seems to be a major issue with the CMS needing a very large number of queries on the homepage (reports of anything from 50 to 190+!).

I'm hoping 4.0.1 has the major issues sorted, that way I can get a development install up, and see just how big a nightmare the site update is going to be.

Contractor Forum | Construction and Redevelopment Advice for Professional Contractors and Tradesmen uses it and it's running fine and dandy. Some big improvements with it. I'm upgrading all our 3.8.4 versions to 4 as soon as the last couple of modifications have been ported over.

I'd suggest you do the same too, to keep up with the Jones'.
